A minimal REST client that lives in Chrome's side panel and talks only to localhost. Build a request, send it, read the response as a tree. No account, no cloud, nothing leaves your machine.

GET, POST, PUT, PATCH, DELETE, HEAD and OPTIONS. Headers as rows you can switch on and off.
Key-value rows are sent as JSON or as a form post. Or paste raw text and format it with one click.
The body shows up as it arrives, so server-sent events and long responses just work. Cancel keeps what you got.
From docs, DevTools or an AI. Method, headers and body are filled in. Copy any request back out as curl.
Bearer or Basic in one click. An opt-in switch sends the cookies Chrome holds for localhost.
The last 30 requests with their responses. Save requests into groups, export and import them as JSON.
Web-based API clients cannot reach localhost without a proxy or an agent, and many desktop clients want an account and cloud sync.
This extension asks Chrome for exactly two permissions, sidePanel and storage, plus access to localhost and 127.0.0.1. A request to any other host is rejected before it is sent.
Nothing is collected or transmitted. No analytics, no crash reporting, no cloud sync, no remote code. Everything you type stays in chrome.storage.local on your machine.
Install the extension, start any local server, and send a request to it.
python3 -m http.server 3000
# In the panel: GET http://localhost :3000/
The repository also ships a demo API with users, a login that sets a cookie, a Bearer-protected route and a server-sent event stream: npm run demo.
